Holiday accommodation with breathtaking views

Stayed hear for a week while in town for a sports event. Room had everything we needed, had a great ocean view and they even offer home cooked meals at affordable prices. Highly recommend.

We went to Coffs from Sydney at the end of last year and stayed 4 nights there. We were extremely happy to choose CIAO KORORA and definitely will go back again !!!As shown the pictures on the booking website, this place has a stunning ocean view, a clean mini swimming pool, and cozy European-style cottage rooms with welcoming homemade tiramisu. We are so impressed that the owners: Emanuele & Carla take great care of the place and keep this place so beautiful and tidy.They were super nice and friendly that we were very comfortable staying without worrying about anything. They do make beautiful homemade Italian meals that are cheap. We ordered a Beef Lasagna, Eggplant Parmigiana, and Porcini Mushroom Risotto. All of them were so delicious !!! We highly recommend that you order their dish when you stay there.Iori & Mark

We loved third apartment. Amazing views to sea from the top of the hill, your swimming pool, lots of other amenities. It's very secluded and private. We took the Mediterranean unit since we wanted full kitchen. Will definitely come again.

Had an amazing long weekend stay here. Close to Coffs Harbour but far enough out that it was quiet and made you feel super relaxed. We stayed in the Mediterranean and it was very clean and had everything you required. We were welcomed with an amazing tiramisu and bottled water. The view is amazing. We spotted plenty of whales and wallabies. I’d recommend bringing binoculars so you can spot more wildlife. The kookaburra’s came to say hi in an afternoon, just watch your snacks. The pool is small but perfect.After having the tiramisu we wanted to try more of the dishes so we ordered the meals on offer. The homemade pasta was amazing so we ordered again for another night and again it didn’t disappoint. My son gave his lasagna an 11 out of 10.Highly recommend a stay here and do it by contacting them directly through their website.

Se vuoi rilassarti e buttare via lo stress, questo è il posto ideale, ho passato alcuni giorni in questo luogo e vi assicuro sembra di essere nel paradiso terrestre. Il panorama è meraviglioso, l'appartamento curato nei minimi particolari ed estremamente pulito, la biancheria con quel buon profumo di fresco bucato, per non parlare di Emanuele sempre molto attento a soddisfare ogni tua necessità e Carla che ti vizia con la sua cucina italiana, veramente gourmet. Da provare assolutamente il tiramisù. Dunque questo soggiorno è stato meraviglioso e lo consiglio a tutti. Grazie Carla ed Emanuele tornerò sicuramente.

Serene views, beautiful, warm accomodation, and friendly hospitable service from the owners. Good for a young family with a 4 year old and an almost 2 year old. And the owners offer Italian made Italian food that is absolutely delicious, make sure you try it earlier in your stay so you can sample as much as you like. The Mediterranean is close to all the main attractions of Coffs, and it’s also just a nice place to chill and relax for those looking for a quiet getaway. Have already recommended it to others, and would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend Ciao Korora. My wife & I stayed here for a month while visiting my daughter, son-in-law and grand children in Sapphire Beach. The view is spectacular and very quiet & peaceful. The Mediterranean Room Suite was exceptional and very clean and accommodating. The owners were in Italy most of the time of our visit but when they returned the hostess made us a delicious tiramisu. We truly enjoyed our visit.

The accommodation, location, facilities and owners were fantastic. The view was amazing with great set up for as morning coffee or afternoon drink and BBQ. Beautiful pool.Facilities were well kept and the location was central to Coffs Harbour and the wider North Coast and Hinterland regions. We are already discussing a return with the family.

Absolutely amazing accomodation with spectacular views!! Incredibly relaxing out in the deck with nature and swimming overlooking the ocean.The absolute bonus is Carla’s cooking which is why we booked this place and it was the best Italian food ever! The bruschetta was the best we’ve ever had and we’ve never had such delicate pastas! It is a must try and we will definitely be back!! 🙌🍷🤌

Immaculately well kept apartments on a majestic rise looking over Coffs Harbour. We took in beautiful sunrises with a dip in the pool during the heat of the day. Highly recommended with a great value proposition, especially with direct bookings through the owners for what's on offer. Emmanuel & Carla were very accomodating and gracious hosts that really helped us when we needed a last minute late night check in.Thank you for the memories and Ciao! Korora.

Beautiful and cosy with spectacular views and amazing hosts. Highly recommend and we are likely to be back. Just a very short drive from Saphire and Emerald beaches, also close by to the Big Banana. Hosts are very caring and friendly. Spoiling us with some small deserts, home made croissants. We purchased a dinner that was served very elegantly and food was delicious.

We would highly recommend a stay at Ciao Kotara. The outlook is beautiful and atmosphere peaceful. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. Simply the best. I stayed in the Classic for a week; enjoying pool swims, peace & quiet, and soaking up the gorgeous view. Shops, cafes, restaurants etc are 10 mins away. There is so much to see and do in this area, perfect for all ages. Hosts, Emanuele & Carla, are soo kind. Whatever you need, they are happy accomodating. Every day I am looking forward to when I am back!

Ciao Korora is the most beautiful and peaceful property set amongst the lush trees and hills. The view of the ocean is beautiful, the pool is a lovely temperature and is fresh and clean surrounded by nature. The property itself is immaculate, clean and has a beautiful energy surrounded with lovely gardens and fresh produce.Thank you so much to Carla & Emanuele you are the most wonderful, attentive and kind hosts - we enjoyed our nights here and slept well.Carla, we absolutely loved your authentic Italian cooking so much - it was so good that we enjoyed it two nights in a row! What a highlight! Our daughter commented Carla’s lasagne is “the best she has ever had” and we would absolutely agree!Thank you so much for having us stay at your lovely property, we so enjoyed it and we highly recommend to guests to visit and stay - it is also close to beaches, tourist attractions but also felt far enough away out of the busyness. We will absolutely be back again!

Looking for accomodation in Coffs?We greatly recommend Ciao Korora💯. We stayed in the Classic room and it was so clean and tidy. The place is on top of the hill and overlooking the Tasman sea, it’s beautiful and serene. The service is amazing and food is exceptional. The owners, who live next door were so kind and considerate!

Upon arrival we were met by host Emanuele who was very friendly and showed us around. This accommodation is very tranquil and has stunning views of the Coffs coast. The space is immaculately kept and clean. The space also smelt lovely. If you wish to hear the birds chirping and see the occasional wallaby hopping by this is the place for you. 10/10 will definitely be back here.

Beautifully presented apartment and stunning location. We stayed at the Mediterranean, which has 1 bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. Quite cosy for 4 people but would be perfect for a couple!Hosts are helpful but never intrusive. Carla’s Italian cuisine is incredible and very well-priced! Sunsets from the patio are gorgeous!

Wow!! This place was booked as abit of a wild card as we are travelling with our two small children, so glad we decided to book! We stayed in the room with a little kitchen, everything about this place is perfect, it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, lots of lovely little touches, they’d put complementary san pelligreno water in the fridge, along with a bowl of fresh fruit for when we arrived, the owners were lovely, welcoming people, my children were running around the garden and they didn’t mind in the slightest, it has the most beautiful view, they offer home cooked Italian food at very reasonable prices, which we took full advantage of, who wants to cook on holiday, not me… we’re from the UK & have been to Italy quite a few times, I can honestly say it was up there with some of the nicest Italian food I’ve ever eaten, the tiramisu was to die for! Immaculate. If there was one word to sum up this place, that would be it. Clean, fresh and friendly. The styling was excellent with a combination of modern and classic. The location provides superb views from the balcony.The hosts cook wonderful Italian meals (handmade pasta, freshly cooked bread, veggies from their own garden). Absolutely superb at very reasonable prices ($20 for a main as at Oct 2023).We stayed in the Mediterranean room, which comes with a kitchen (the Classic room doesn't) with a table that easily seats 4. You can cook in the kitchen, or on the BBQ on the balcony. The Mediterranean has a lounge area with a foldout lounge that sleeps 2. Air conditioning kept us comfortable.The pool is on the smaller side but more than enough to keep you entertained and cool.One thing to note is that the driveway is quite steep. It is a bit daunting the first time you go down it 😁

Just spent a week at this beautiful property. Emmanuel & Carla are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble.The property has amazing views, is immaculately presented & the perfect location if you want to get away & do nothing, but still close enough to the centre of Coffs Harbour & beaches to enjoy the restaurants and everything Coffs has to offer.Loved our stay!

My husband and I spent here a week, it was fabulous and relaxing week. Emmanuel and Clara were so helpful and curtious. We had enjoyed their home cooked pasta. Tiramisu was my husband's favorite. Rooms were clean. The balcony was with a view to die for. I recommend a stay here to everyone.

Immaculately clean, looks brand new. Beautiful modern fixtures. Delightfully decorated. The most comfortable bed we have had in accommodation for a very long time. Breath-takingly beautiful views accross lush green hills and valleys to the sea. A swim in the pool also takes advantage of the gorgeous outlook.The hosts of this wonderful place, Carla and Emanuele are lovely, gracious people and Carla is a wicked cook!

Emmanuel and Carla (the owners) was the most lovely people I've ever met. I was traveling solo without a car, and they drove me to Coffs Harbour multiple times and offered to give me a car ride back to their place. They were so considerate and the stay was just fantastic - the view was breathtaking and the room was super clean and functional

This was the best place to stay when visiting Coffs or surrounding areasEmanuel and Carla are the most friendliest hosts that make you feel like home. Stunning views, relaxing deck and the cleanest modern interior with a worm touch of Italian decor.And the highlight of it all Carla is the best cook , with a great experience from Italy and cooks the nicest Italian dishes and desserts for your convenience at ridiculously low price. Hands down, the most unique, picturesque and amazing place to stay if you're travelling in Coffs Harbour. I had the pleasure of an extended stay for work purposes with Emanuele and Carla at their residence.They were kind, considerate, attentive and reeeaaally know how to cook. If you're a foodie, then this is the place to stay. The meals that Carla cooks are 10x better than anything you'll get in a local restaurant and ridiculously well priced.If you stay anywhere else, you're missing out on something that could be a truly amazing weekend away or comfortable home away from home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
